| An EverDrive Guaranteed Used Auto Part is a certified OEM part from a vehicle that has been recycled. Our parts are cleaned, inspected, and tested prior to shipping. All EverDrive parts are backed by our three-year unlimited mileage warranty and where applicable, a one-year labor warranty. |

| 5. | Are there parts you do not sell? |  |

| Even with over 1 million used parts in our catalog, there are some used parts we currently do not sell, either because of federal or state regulations or because they do not provide good value for our customers. For example, it is unlawful to ship catalytic converters, and used brake pads do not provide a good value for our customers. Click here for a listing of parts we do not sell. |

| In addition to our online catalog, EverDrive offers a Special Order Desk for non-cataloged part requests. If the part you need is not listed on our site, it doesn’t mean the part isn’t available. | 7. | What is included with the price shown online? |  |

| The price posted online includes the cost of the part, standard shipping within the continental U.S., and EverDrive’s three-year unlimited mileage part warranty and one-year labor warranty as applicable. Also included in the price is unlimited access to EverDrive’s Customer Care Team before, during, and after your purchase. Please note that additional charges may apply for special requests, such as color matching, and for shipments made to non-standard delivery locations or shipments made outside the continental U.S. Please speak to an EverDrive Customer Care Representative for details. |

| 8. | What is the warranty on EverDrive Guaranteed Used Parts? |  |

| EverDrive supports your choice to purchase one of our guaranteed used auto parts by including a three (3) year unlimited mileage part warranty for no additional charge. A one (1) year labor warranty is also provided for no additional charge when your part is installed by an ASE-certified mechanic in accordance with EverDrive’s warranty validation guidelines. | 9. | Where will my part be delivered? |  |
|
| EverDrive can ship your part to your home, your repair shop, or to just about any other location you need it delivered to. We are unable to deliver our parts to post office boxes however. |

| 10. | How long before the part arrives? |  |
|
| All EverDrive parts include free standard delivery within the continental U.S. within 7 business days according to our Standard Delivery Table. This allows for 2 business days of order processing and up to 5 days for shipping. For faster service, EverDrive offers Accelerated Delivery within 4 business days and Express Delivery within 3 business days for an additional charge (see our Upgraded Delivery Table). |

| 12. | What types of payments do you accept? |  |

| For online purchases we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Checkout. For purchases made through our call center, we accept all major credit cards and certified checks or money orders. |

| 13. | What is your return policy? |  |

| EverDrive is pleased to offer our customers the quality and value provided by our guaranteed used auto parts, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, EverDrive offers our customers the following return policy:
You may return a part for refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from delivery date, provided that the part has not been installed and is returned in the same condition as provided to you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact an EverDrive Customer Care Representative at 1-866-448-3904 to obtain a return authorization. EverDrive will then arrange for return shipping of your part. Returns not authorized or arranged by EverDrive will not be accepted or refunded.
Upon installation of your part within 30 days of delivery, any requests for a return or exchange are subject to EverDrive’s warranty policy and must be processed through our Warranty Department by calling 1-866-714-7897.
Once your returned part is received and inspected by EverDrive (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that once EverDrive has processed your refund, it may take an additional 2-4 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
To cover the costs of shipping and handling, a restocking fee of 20% of the original sales price, not to exceed $300, is applicable on cancelled orders and on returned or exchanged product. This fee will be waived when the cancellation, return or exchange is due to EverDrive’s error, such as providing an incorrect part (not matching the part ordered) or a defective part. Additional charges may apply on returns or exchanges shipped from non-standard delivery locations or from outside the continental U.S. |
