EverDrive: Shipping, Returns, & Warranty Policies

FREE SHIPPING applies to delivery only within the continental U.S. Additional Shipping charges apply for other areas.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: (Applies to Warranty and Non-Warranty Claims) |

You may return a part for refund for any reason within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, provided that the part has not been installed and the part is in its original condition.

You will be charged for the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original sales price. These charges will be waived in circumstances where EverDrive delivered a defective part or incorrect part, or in the case of a valid warranty claim.

You must notify EverDrive by telephone prior to returning a part. In cases where a purchased part is to be returned by a customer, purchaser will be required to call EverDrive to arrange a pickup of part(s) and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). RAN is authorized and monies are refunded once part(s) have been picked up by an EverDrive carrier (UPS, etc.). This applies to warranty and non-warranty returns. |

Upon installation, which must occur within thirty (30) days of delivery date, your EverDrive 3-Year Warranty takes effect. Any request for returns or exchanges after installation are subject to the stated warranty guidelines.

WARRANTY: Subject to the limitations contained in the EverDrive Warranty document, EverDrive, LLC (EverDrive) expressly warrants to the original purchaser for three (3) years from the date of original purchase against the failure of the part as specifically described on the packing slip accompanying such part due to defects in EverDrive’s materials or workmanship (a defective part). ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AND TO THE TIME PERIOD COVERED BY THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. If the purchaser complies with the terms of this warranty, EverDrive will repair or replace a defective part without additional shipping cost to you. EverDrive may, at its discretion, provide a refund equal to the price paid for the part in lieu of repair or replacement of the part. The foregoing is the only, sole and exclusive remedy under the terms of this warranty.

Warranty for engines, transmissions, axle assemblies, and transfer cases must be validated at time of installation as indicated on the EverDrive Warranty document.

Incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damage to or the cost of related parts, loss of income, travel expenses, loss of transportation, towing fees, rental vehicles or diagnostics are not covered by this warranty.

Parts installed in vehicles used for fleet or commercial purposes and vehicles that are raced or used off-road are not covered by this warranty.
|

Parts installed in vehicles other than cars, vans, pick-ups, or SUVs are not covered by this warranty.

Parts installed in vehicles with a GVWR greater than 10,000 lbs. are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure arising directly or indirectly from improper installation (not in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications) or related vehicle problems, misuse, maintenance, neglect, abuse, overheating, vandalism, abnormal operation, environmental conditions, accident or any damage which was apparent and not reported at the time of delivery.

Where applicable, this warranty is limited to defects in the case, block, heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshafts, valves, rockers, connecting rods and other internal lubricated parts. All other parts that may be provided are considered “accessories and extra parts”. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including, but not limited to, parts such as solenoids, injectors, switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps or manifolds.

LABOR WARRANTY: If the warranted part is originally installed by an ASE-certified mechanic, and the warranty is properly validated at time of installation, EverDrive will provide a One (1) Year Limited Labor Warranty from the date of original purchase, subject to the terms, exclusions, general and specific limitations of our Three (3) Year Limited Part Warranty. Labor reimbursement will be in accordance with the original installation hourly rate and labor hours incurred, not to exceed the rate of $50.00 per hour and not to exceed the applicable hours schedule for the work performed as published in the Mitchell Repair Manual. Labor reimbursement is limited to a total of $600.00 on authorized repairs.
