Daewoo

Daewoo Motor’s was acquired by General Motors in 2001. The new company was named GM Daewoo. GM Daewoo was responsible for designing and engineering various General Motors vehicles. They were assigned various engineering and development projects such as designing a SUV which was based on the Theta automobile platform and they were also responsible for versions of the General Motors Gamma Platform.
