Joseph G. Woodfin, IV – Founder, President, CEO and Manager
Mr. Woodfin has owned and operated Woodfin’s Auto Parts., a successful
automobile recycling company in Richmond, Virginia for more than 20 years. An
innovative marketer, Mr. Woodfin pioneered the concept of specialization by car
model, making Woodfin’s the largest used Honda parts dealer in North America.
The company markets in 100 cities east of the Mississippi.
Mr. Woodfin also developed the first interactive website selling used parts and
is responsible for the development, implementation and testing of the systems
supporting the EverDrive concept. He is responsible for recognizing the
opportunity presented by the sale of used parts through retail auto parts
dealers and secured the contract on which this plan is based.
Mr. Woodfin is a recognized leader in the automotive recycling industry having
served as president of the Virginia Auto Recyclers Association and having
chaired numerous committees of the International Auto Recyclers Association. He
also is a successful commercial real estate developer and has interests in a
number of other successful businesses.
Stan Maupin – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Maupin was most recently the Managing Director of LRM Partners, a financial
and strategic planning consulting firm in Richmond, VA that concentrated on
assisting early stage businesses. In that capacity, Mr. Maupin assisted
EverDrive for nearly two years before joining the company in 2003.
Mr. Maupin has founded several successful businesses including Office America, a
“big box” retail chain that grew to more than $70 million in sales. He has 8
years experience as a consultant with international accounting firms and more
than 12 years experience assisting emerging and growth oriented companies in
capital formation, business development and financial and strategic planning.
Mr. Maupin also has been active in political and community activities, having
served as treasurer of several campaigns for governor and US Senate. He
received the Leadership Award of the Greater Richmond Technology Council in
1998. Mr. Maupin has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia
and an MBA from the Darden School.
